Meet Joe Kilkenny, PP&Co’s Newest Assurance Partner!
San Jose, CA, August 10, 2026 — PP&Co, a leading provider of accounting, tax, and advisory services, is pleased to welcome Joe Kilkenny, CPA, to the firm as Assurance Lead Partner. Joe will head PP&Co’s assurance practice, bringing nearly 15 years of public accounting leadership to the role as the firm enters its next chapter of growth.
Joe joins PP&Co from Grant Thornton, where he served as an Audit Partner. A Chartered Accountant and CPA, Joe has spent his career serving public and private companies, primarily in the technology and manufacturing industries. He has extensive experience guiding clients through complex business combinations, coordinating large international group audits, and implementing new accounting standards. His client base ranges from companies navigating the IPO process to multinational private companies, private equity-backed businesses, and venture-backed start-ups.
In his new role, Joe will draw on his deep roots serving Silicon Valley’s most dynamic industries to sharpen PP&Co’s assurance capabilities and widen the firm’s middle market footprint.
