We asked… Tim Answered

As the inaugural COO at PP&Co, what excites you most?

PP&Co is renowned for its commitment to exceptional client and employee satisfaction. Building upon this foundation, I’m thrilled to lead our firm into its next chapter. I’m particularly excited about cultivating a vibrant culture and environment that not only attracts but also retains top-tier talent, propelling us towards unprecedented success.

What life experiences have shaped your approach to work?

Growing up as the middle child among 11 siblings profoundly influenced my approach to teamwork and leadership. It instilled in me a sincere belief in the power of collaboration — an “It takes a village” philosophy — that celebrates the unique strengths of each individual. I strongly advocate for delegated authority and mutual accountability, fostering an environment where everyone supports one another, much like a tightly knit family.

How do you measure success?

Success, for me, is twofold. First, it’s reflected in the feedback we receive from team members who affirm that our approach has enriched their professional and personal lives. Second, success is evident in the organization’s clear vision and its realization of its full potential, guided by a collective sense of purpose and achievement.
