Peter J. Malutta is an experienced CPA and partner at PP&Co. He is a former partner with Delucchi Hawn, and came to PP&Co through the merging of the two firms in December, 2024.
With extensive expertise across industries such as construction, technology, real estate, and professional services, he specializes in providing tailored financial and tax solutions to closely held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and estates. His services focus on tax planning, compliance, and strategic advice to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Mr. Malutta began his public accounting career in 1996 with Pon & Stiff, CPAs, and joined Delucchi Hawn, LLP, in 1999. Rising swiftly to manager and becoming a partner in 2008, he played a pivotal role in the firm’s success. Following the 2024 merger of Delucchi Hawn with PP&Co, Mr. Malutta continues to deliver exceptional service and expertise to his clients. A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Business Administration, he combines a solid academic foundation with decades of professional experience to drive impactful results.
Married for twenty years to Jennifer, they are the proud parents of two boys, the older son is attending the University of Oregon, and the younger son is at Branham High School. Evenings and weekends were once filled with coaching soccer and baseball and are now filled with pickleball, cheering on the Branham Bruins football and wrestling teams, and trips to Eugene.
