Why Head of People?
Our people are our greatest assets, and everything we do starts with them. HR has evolved to enhance the People experience, and the role of Head of People, once focused on traditional HR functions, is now a strategic leadership position driving both employee experience and business outcomes. Beyond core HR functions, this role now includes talent development, culture-building, leadership growth, and data-driven decision-making. It also focuses on employee wellness and managing organizational change, vital for long-term success. As we embrace technology like AI and automation, we have exciting opportunities to streamline processes and support our teams through change – ensuring continued business success and exceptional client service.
What are you looking forward to in your role?
I am excited to join PP&Co as Head of People. Having launched my professional journey in tax accounting, I have a deep appreciation for the dedication and expertise that drives the industry. PP&Co’s core values (Excellence, People, Integrity, Independence, and Care) are clearly reflected in our actions and our passion for our clients. As I embark on this journey, my goal is to leverage my passion for professional coaching and development to further empower our people, enabling them to grow, sharpen their skills, and make a lasting impact on our clients, the firm, and one another.
How do you measure success?
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.” – Warren Buffett
Buffet’s quote captures the core of my approach to success. Success, to me, is defined by the strength of the foundation we build today, and whether that foundation has a lasting impact on the business, its people, and its clients—leaving a legacy of growth, development, and meaningful relationships. By investing in our people and fostering an environment where they can thrive, we not only help them meet their goals today, but we also shape the future of the next generation of leaders. By laying a solid groundwork, we empower both our people and clients, while also positioning our business for sustainable growth and resilience. Every action, every decision shapes the foundation for tomorrow’s achievements.
