PP&Co Ranked Among the Nation’s “Best Accounting Firms
to Work For”

For the second year in a row, Petrinovich Pugh & Company (PP&Co) has been named as one of the nation’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The annual survey and award program was created in 2008 by The Accountant’s Media Group, publishers of Accounting Today, Accounting Technology, CPA Wealth Provider, and Practical Accountant. This year, PP&Co ranked 14th for firms with 25 to 250 employees, after being ranked 12th in the category in 2008. For both years, PP&Co was the highest-ranking California firm on the list.

The survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the accounting industry.

Accounting firms from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Accounting Firms to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
